Melbourne Lake
Located in Hood Canal State Forest, this is a day-use site located at Melbourne Lake, requiring a 3.5-mile hike in. The lake is great for fishing and kayaking.
Getting there
Start along Hood Canal (approximately 2 miles south of Eldon) on US Highway 101. Take Jorsted Creek Road (Forest Service Road 24) for 5 miles. From gate hike in approx. 3.5 miles to road end accessing south side of the lake.
