Experience History Come Alive at Fort Clatsop

Visit the replica fort and visitor center to learn more about the Lewis & Clark expedition and local native culture. If you visit during our Summer or Winter programs you may even get to talk to rangers in costumes and try your hand at 19th century tasks. Experience this incredible story in a tangible way when you lay down on a bed in the fort or take a walk along the Netul river.

There is no charge for parking, please pay at the front desk of the visitor center. 16 and older - $5 per person - 7 days 15 and younger - free We also accept: Lewis and Clark National Historical Park Annual Pass Oregon Coast Passes Oregon Coast Annual Pass - $35 - valid for 12 months Oregon Coast 5 day Pass - $10 - valid for 5 days And all National Parks and Federal Lands Passes

Accessibility

Movies at the visitor center are open captioned. Wheel chairs can be used in the visitor center, fort, picnic area, and on the Netul river trail. We also loan motor scooters for inside the visitor center and to go from the visitor center to the fort. The Fort to Sea trail from the trail parking lot to the overlook is wheelchair accessible, but due to the gravel and steepness would only be suggested for a sport wheelchair.
